Addiction is what initially drew Jessica to the field of mental health therapy, witnessing the power of healing and the resilience people find in the face of struggle inspired her to become a therapist. She’s passionate about helping individuals navigate the hard moments and find hope on the other side.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Valley University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the same university. Her education and training have focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs.
She specializes in working with individuals facing addiction, trauma, and life transitions. Jessica feels comfortable working with a wide range of populations and enjoys supporting both individuals and families in reaching their goals. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered. Clients often describe her as compassionate and a true partner in their healing process.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing softball and spending quality time with her family. These activities keep her grounded and bring joy and balance to her life.
